“Now more than ever, we need to support the whole development of our teachers and students,” said Simon Leung, Chairman of Edmodo. “Mindfulness is scientifically proven, but has been out of reach for many students and busy teachers. We are so pleased to be working with Happy Not Perfect to provide the Edmodo community with accessible, effective, and truly fun experiences to improve learning through mindfulness. From guided meditations for recharging after a long day to breathing exercises that can improve test performance, we’re thrilled to support positive learning environments and outcomes.”
Poppy Jamie, Founder of Happy Not Perfect is just as excited to share these fantastic new resources with an education-minded audience:
“Happy Not Perfect’s mission is to change the way we look after our minds by creating easy and accessible mental wellness tools,” she said. “For change to happen, it starts with education. The partnership with Edmodo is very exciting as it’s a huge step in making positive psychology and mindfulness accessible, practical and effective in helping students and teachers manage their emotional wellbeing, leading them to a balanced mindset every day. We built Happy Not Perfect with the consumer at the forefront, understanding time is often limited and straight meditation can be difficult. We couldn’t be happier that we can support the Edmodo community in this unique way.”
